The April ’18 A to Z Blogging Challenge. Theme Reveal.

April 2018 A to Z blogging Challenge

Way back, in November 2014, I participated in the NaBloPoMo blogging Challenge. It was my first time and I remember feeling quite intimidated by the whole exercise. Intimidated, yet, excited! But, after completing the challenge, I steered clear of such month-long blogging challenges for the simple reason that coming up with a new topic to write about every day felt demanding.

However, since creating Metanoia, I have experienced a renewed vigor about all things blogging! So much so, that last year, when I read about the April A to Z Blogging Challenge, I made up my mind to participate, no matter what. I know, it’s going to be thrilling, yet, nerve-racking, but I am so looking forward to enjoying this adventure!

Having turned a new leaf where blogging is concerned, I decided to dedicate this challenge to my blog and my blogging journey. So, the kind of posts you can expect from me this month will be:

-on what Metanoia is all about,

-on the varied categories on my blog and my posts on the same,

-the blogging lessons I learnt ever since I began blogging,

-the knowledge I have obtained from my blogger friends,

-tips for my readers on topics I blog about, and some more.

I have put my art to good use and prepared the A to Z letters in Zentangle. So, won’t be using too many outsourced images!

Most of the posts will carry helpful tips, the kind I could have used as a newbie blogger. Four years ago, when I embarked on my blogging journey, I was not familiar with either the subject, or the technology.

I am not an authority on either even today, for we are continuously learning, and evolving. But, there are things – simple things, really – that we could make use of, but ones we know not where to look for, or whom to ask!

So, here’s looking forward to a month-long roller-coaster ride, and hoping to seeing many more of you joining me and having loads of fun along the way!

Do give me your opinions, and share with me your thoughts about my posts. I so need your encouragement to complete this challenge! And, as I always say, it’s your words that motivate me to do my very best!

Love,

SHILPA…

  7. Great theme for the challenge! would be helpful to many budding bloggers. The best part is your zentangled letters!! I’m a HUGE fan of zentangle and I wanted to something on this lines as well for the challenge. But I wasn’t sure if I could cope up with both writing and doodling. Well, may be next year 🙂 Looking forward for your posts with art and blogging lessons! Good luck!!

    1. They are going to be basic tips, actually, which would have been helpful t me had I received it back when I began blogging. And, so I chose this theme. I do hope bloggers find them helpful!
